2 payments made, bundle not working

Yesterday I bought a bundle of 8£, (2 payments of 8£ were taken from my bank account)when I try to make calls says that I'm unavailable to make calls,(Internet isn't working either) I've tried many things already and still not working, In the ID Mobile app appears like everything it's ok.
