£30 currys gift card (refer a friend)

Ordered another phone via the refer a friend through I’d mobile 

3 months have passed and still haven’t received our £30 curry vouchers 

one for the referer and one for the new joiner 

what are the next steps 

 

who do I contact with this issue

Hey @Cherub,

For a refer a friend claim the following process needs to be followed:

Referrer signs up to the refer a friend page, entering their details and sharing their unique link

Referred purchaser clicks the link, enters their details and makes a valid purchase via our site

Referred purchase links their account number once the contract is received 

Buyapowa validates the claim.

Following 2 bil payments updated on Buyapowa’s systems, the vouchers are sent out.

Can you confirm if this process has been followed?

Hi yes we did all the above and we still have not heard or received any information ref the vouchers

Hi there having same issue to my knowledge followed all the instructions for myself and a friend signed up November and not had anything any help much appreciated
