4g not working

Hi, 

my mobile data has not been working for 2 days now but I can connect to Wi-Fi fine. I have data and have tried switching my phone on and off.

There could be several reasons for this @bethwebber12.

  • There’s a network fault or issue in your area.
  • You’ve got a damaged or faulty SIM card.
  • Your iD pay-monthly account is suspended - bill not paid.
  • Your iD PAYG doesn’t have credit.
  • Your handset has a fault affecting mobile data.

Have you checked/tested any of the above?

We would advise checking the information that @andewhite provided.

You can check the network status and coverage HERE.

Further to this it may be worth trying the SIM in a different handset if you can’t see any coverage issues.
