It’s been longer than 3 months why haven’t I received my voucher, I took offer MSE and received nothing

Okay @Abdullah Tahsin, did you make an eligible purchase from iD Mobile? 

For purchase journey’s starting on the MSE website, other forum members have managed to get their voucher after emailing “uk-idmobile@awin.com”, and telling them what was ordered + their iD order number and date.
