7 days still no sims

7 days ago I ordered 2 sims as did the wife, Direct debits have been set up orders confirmed as complete but still no sims delivered?

Tried the live chat got absolutely nowhere then called sales and got transferred to an automated service that was equally useless!

Any ideas who and how to contact someone that can help track down our missing orders?
