Like much of the country I lost a whole day's service the other day, living out in the sticks I get no service at home and rely on WiFi calling for comms
I would like to know if and when I.d. Will be reimbursing customers for this and providing a full apology to customers, also their website was down for hours too,so no updates provided to speak of, except the part where new customers purchase, funny that.
Only been with I.d. 20 days and already having regrets
