Like much of the country I lost a whole day's service the other day, living out in the sticks I get no service at home and rely on WiFi calling for comms 

I would like to know if and when I.d. Will be reimbursing customers for this and providing a full apology to customers, also their website was down for hours too,so no updates provided to speak of, except the part where new customers purchase, funny that.

Only been with I.d. 20 days and already having regrets

If you bought online from the iD website @ABACAB, you’re probably still in your 30-day cooling off period.

I went through MSE website through a link, a 30gb deal working out about £5,35 a month qhen the voucher has been redeemed,  get what you pay for I suppose

MSE are only an affiliate, and they just direct punters to the iD website in order to get commission if there’s a sale, @ABACAB.
