Just got a email from carphone wearhouse saying we are pleased to let you know your order has been processed we will send a further email when your items been dispatched what does this mean

Hi @Michael Adam Furber, it means your order has been accepted. You’ll receive another email once your order has been dispatched.

Any issues though, you’ll need to speak to Carphone Warehouse directly, not us.

Was the phone you ordered from CPW in-stock at the time you ordered? 
If it wasn’t, there’ll be a delay until its back in-stock.
