Account suspended even after bill has been paid

My account has be suspended but I have paid my bill how do I sort this out

Okay @Bernadette Howard, after you payment your outstanding bill, it can take several hours for iD Mobile’s systems to unlock the suspended account.

Can’t wait? Then get in-touch using the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - tell the agent you’ve paid your bill.

You can chat to an iD agent between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.

Sorry to hear this! Sometimes a bar isn’t lifted after the bill has been paid, however as long as a bill has been paid we’d have no issue lifting the bar!
