My account has be suspended but I have paid my bill how do I sort this out

Sorry to hear this! Sometimes a bar isn’t lifted after the bill has been paid, however as long as a bill has been paid we’d have no issue lifting the bar!
Please get in contact via the Live Chat so we can lift the bar!
