Activated Sim not working

Hello, 

I blocked a sim and phone when lost on 12th Jan. I activated a new sim for a lost phone on 14/1/22 before realising the temporary phone I was going to use was still locked to anther provider. Received replacement phone, iPhone 12, 19th Jan. Checked and saw replacement SIM was still registered and activated. I have followed the tutorials but am unable to get connection to the network.

Hello @DexterD,

I think if you’ve previously reported a SIM/phone as lost, iD ‘lock’ your account. So, despite having a working SIM again, your account will still be ‘locked’.

Get in-touch, using the Live Chat service, for assistance from iD customer support.

It’s best to connect and chat 9am - 8pm weekdays or 9am - 6pm weekends, because iD agents are available at these times.

Just type “talk to a person” after connecting to get an agent and not the 24/7 bot.
