activation of replacement Sim card

Hi hope someone can help me!

I recently lost my mobile phone and ID have sent me a replacement Sim card, I’m trying to activate this but I don’t seem to be able to receive the security code as a message on the new Sim card is the new Sim card the same phone number as my old Sim card also I don’t have access to my email account because I can’t remember my password which is on my last phone. Can anyone recommend any anyways around this.

Should be; just delve into your phone settings and find the phone numbers showing in SIM1 & 2 slots.
