hello my sim stopped working and it appears my address has been changed i need some assistance as the live chat doesn’t work and and the only way i found out was by trying to cancel

You can also contact iD Mobile privately on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), for assistance with your iD account.

Customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

after receiving a private message and giving my details i have not heard back since will someone please contact me as ive been without a phone number for a week now
