I have turned adult content filter off on my app but still cannot access anything online as it continues to state insecure connection. I cannot find a straight answer on here, any help appreciated

Is your device/browser blocking access?

 

Are you unable to access anything over mobile data or just certain websites when using a browser?

Hi no if i turn off my mifi i can access anything online but connect to my mifi on ID sim cant access almost anything, says "this site can't provide a secure connection"

Hi @Stuart Mclachlan,

Do 18+ websites work when the SIM is in your handset?

It may  be the settings on the MiFi device blocking the access.

Hi, yes i have tried that without any success, its definitely the sim, ive checked Google account and that isn't locked.

I have cancelled my sim account as getting in touch with customer services didn't work, not impressed with the whole service.
