Aggro paying my final bill - need help!

Hi there - I cancelled my sim only after a couple of days and now have a final bill of 87p. My account online doesn’t allow me to pay it as the ‘see more details’ under ‘billing’ doesn’t load. I called the 0333 help number but that’s no good as the phone I called from uses a different ID mobile account. Looking in my bank I can see a direct debit in place so will you take the payment via this direct debit? This is such a hassle!!

Providing you haven't cancelled the direct debit then we the final balance will be taken from your bank via direct debit automatically. Mine was but read the bill, it will tell you on there.
