Hi there - I cancelled my sim only after a couple of days and now have a final bill of 87p. My account online doesn’t allow me to pay it as the ‘see more details’ under ‘billing’ doesn’t load. I called the 0333 help number but that’s no good as the phone I called from uses a different ID mobile account. Looking in my bank I can see a direct debit in place so will you take the payment via this direct debit? This is such a hassle!!
