My immediate area has full 4g signal, but I never achieve a data speed over 1mbps. The three network issues site says there are no problems.
I'm fairly rural but can almost see the mast from my house, so it shouldn't be maxed out with users.

We are sorry to hear about the issues with your coverage.
Has the coverage always been poor since purchasing? I can’t see any issues in the area so it may be a SIM or handset issue.
We would advise to test the SIM in a different handset and then a replacement SIM if that doesn’t improve things.
You can collect a replacement SIM from Curry’s or we can get one sent out.
