Hello, I have recently signed up to a £8 per month, 12
month SIM only contract and the reward was an Amazon £50 gift card. Please can you tell me the next steps to claim this as I have not had confirmation that I will be receiving it?
I understand there is a 90 waiting period to receive the gift card, but I just wondered if I needed email confirmation I was eligible.

We haven’t had any £50 Amazon gift cards offered on our side, is this offer via a third party such as Gift Cloud? If so I’d recommend checking the email you’ve received about the offer for a support email address about this.
