I haven't received the Amazon voucher offer with the Sim card 

Please advise what I need to do to receive it

We haven’t offered any Amazon vouchers with SIM cards directly, have you ordered through a third party such as moneysavingexpert or giftcloud?

 

If so we’d recommend checking emails from them and getting in contact with them about your voucher.
