How to amend an order

How am I able to amend my order, I have chosen the wrong color phone and only realized it once I got the confirmation email.
I am not an ID Mobile customer yet and don’t have a phone number or ID to use for live chat or phone help login.

How do I go about changing the color of the phone which I ordered please.

We’re truly sorry that somehow this one slipped through the cracks and we didn’t respond sooner @Lionelofsmith 

We’ve sent you a private message today so that we can help you return the order (allowing for you to re-order in a different colour).  If you could get back to us there (click your profile, and check the messages), we’ll get that sorted.

 

One thing to add though, cosmetic colours on phones tend to not matter too much if you’ll be keeping the phone in a case for most of it’s life.  So that’s food for thought for a lot of people.
