Question

App not available; inability to login or register

Hello,

I bought my phone in Belgium but I have been living in England (with this one) for a year and a half.  My location is on so my phone is supposed to know I'm in the UK.  I have a subscription for a plan with ID mobile.  However, when I search for the app in the Apple Store, it says "App not available - This app is currently not available in your country or region".  Why!?  I cannot even register/login online on the website (as if the "submit" button doesn't work).  It really bothers me because I would like to change some things in "My Services"...

@Clara Myle,

In order to download the app you will need to change your location.

You can do this via your App store settings. If it is showing as UK already we would advise trying on a new Apple ID.
