App says I've left iD mobile but I haven't?

I recently checked the app because I've had no data at all and unable to connect to any signal masts even manually. It says I left iD on the 3rd, the same date I actually started my contract. I got it through carphone warehouse. It's worked for a week so far since the 3rd but stopped working yesterday after like 5 days.

 

Is there somewhere I can tell iD I don't want to cancel and never asked to cancel?

Okay @samuelRS,

The three ways to quickly communicate with iD Mobile are:

  1. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the iD agents work through until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
  2. Send them a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
  3. Send them a DM (direct message) on Twitter.

Out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
