I am trying to sign up to the app but keep getting an error message saying incorrect details. Have tried contacting help line but agents just pass it off saying it’s being investigated and no further action being taken. 
 

any advice how to get onto the app??

I’ve never used the iD app, because it didn’t seem reliable, and had various intermittent issues.

You can also use the online iD Mobile website https://my.idmobile.co.uk, to access your iD account.

Otherwise try contacting iD privately on Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (DM).
The online customer care team work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

 

Can’t even sign up as. Whole. Purchased the sim in store.

Okay @Hamz97, I guess one option is to cancel & return in the cooling off period of your new iD mobile contract.

The registration (sign-up) process wasn’t working when I joined iD - took me more than a week of trying to do so, before I was able to register online.

Been few months now just keep being told they are investigating never to hear back

If I was in your position, I’d contact iD privately on Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (DM).
