App update required?

Hi, 

 

New customer here. I downloaded the app and registered with the new number but I'm bringing my old number over. Will the app update once my new number ports or will I have to delete the app & start again?

The iD app should just reflect the number you wanted to keep, once the switch from your old provider to iD Mobile has happened, @Scott_lov

It can sometimes take a day or two before the self-service iD app and “My iD Account” online applications show the ported number.
