I clicked on the link in the email I received and went through the steps but when I login to Apple TV it shows that I haven't got a subscription. What can I do to resolve this?

Did you follow the correct process by clicking the banner?
The steps after clicking the banner should provide the next steps on how to apply this.

Step 1:
Claim up to 3 months free Apple TV+, Music, and Arcade with any purchase on idmobile.co.uk from 14th September 2022 until further notice.
Step 2:
For qualifying purchases, on the order confirmation page you'll see banners asking you to 'Redeem your offers'. These banners will also be included in your order confirmation email and in an email sent to you by iD 12 days after your purchase.
Step 3:
Click the banners in either of these emails and you'll be directed to Apple's website. Follow the steps to redeem your offer(s).
Try doing it again incase you did not redeem it correctly.
Failing that, I’d speak to Apple regarding this.
