I'm confused. Direct debit not taken as normal in April and I can't see a bill generated for last month...anyone else got this issue? Struggling to get hold of anyone...

Have you changed your billing date recently? Are you still not seeing your most recent bill?

 

Are you logged into the correct iD Mobile app/website account?
