authentification texts- urgent support

I am trying to contact ID because I am currently locked out of an email account waiting to get an authetification text. Chat is busy and won’t allow me to connect. Any other ideas?

Do you mean you are locked out of your iD Mobile account? If you’re locked out of an email account I’d recommend speaking to your email provider.

 

If you’re attempting to reset a password with their email services and are trying to get an authentication code via SMS with your iD Mobile number I’d recommend allowing up to 5 minutes for this to arrive, should you not receive the text please let us know so we can get in contact and investigate.
