Been with ID for 2 months the networks been nothing but a disaster no coverage or painfully slow speeds how do i either leave this network or get a reduction in my monthly contract. Where I live I only get H+ speed even though they said when I joined I would get 4G but yet 4G never in my area

If you're locked into a minimum term then you cannot simply cancel and walk away without paying off any remaining months of said minimum term.

You would have had up to 30 days to cancel if you were not happy with coverage and/or data speeds upon receipt of goods/service. Why didn't you cancel?
