Being charged after cancellation

I cancelled and ported my number to another provided after my contract had ended, I was charged a small amount after cancellation but then have had direct debit payments taken out. 

 

I am due some overpayments back and would rather have it transferred back from ID than have to claim through direct debit reclaim. Is there anyone that can organise that??

Hey @Khaled Miah, if you’ve ported your number out, the iD line would be disconnected automatically, so we wouldn’t be able to continue billing you. We would take the final bill roughly 14 days after the number ported out, though - is this the payment you’re referring to?

The only other explanation is that you have a second line with us. In either case, I’d recommend talking to the Live Chat team who should be able to provide some clarity on the payments.
