Hi I am being charged twice for the last two months. I would like a refund please

Welcome to the Community!

Is the charge the same or different amount?

If you pay by direct debit you will see the direct debit reference on your transaction. If the references are the same it’s likely you have been charged twice for the same account.

However if the references are different it would mean that you are paying for two accounts.
