My father has passed away and I need to cancel the direct debit for his phone.  Can you please advise me how I do this?

 

Unfortunately I am struggling to find his phone and/or his mobile number.

The quick solution is to sign-out of your iD community account before starting the iD live chat.

Alternatively, try contacting iD customer service privately for assistance by using Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter DM.
