Hi

i have recently upgraded my plan from £7 to £5

I changed my direct debit instructions but the payment hasn’t been taken out and my phone has been disconnected

How did you make the changes to your direct debit?

You can make a manual payment via the iD Mobile account then set up the new direct debit account.

Once the direct debit it set up you’ll also be able to change the direct debit date should you need to.
