My bills are showing in both the app and online, but when I open them they are completely unreadable, does anyone know how to fix this?

You need to install a “pdf reader” app on your phone.😅

There appears to be an issue with PDF downloads of our bills with Apple devices recently, we’d recommend using an alternative non-Apple device for the time being if possible, or even the above from @Geluk if a PDF reader app is available.

I got 2 dates for billing I've paid the 29th im not paying the 14th. If you take it you can shave the phone up your arse

If you only have the one number we would only charge you on one date.

The date that you are seeing is likely the date the bill will be generated.

Please let us know what you are referring to and we can check it out.
