I can not open my bill, it just keeps saying error, anyone got any ideas, this has only happened since this new appĀ

You should be able to use a web browser to access your ā€œMy iD Accountā€ online.Ā Ā Ā 

Yes I have just tried it it still wonā€™t open this months bill, can open all the rest.Ā 

I can get to my account and I do anything apart from down load this months bill.Ā
