In your situation, @Avrom, this forum article state use the iD online Live Chat service, and get an adviser to change your iD account bill cap.

How do you get an advisor?

Try the URL https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, @Hasla.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Mines the same I'm not impressed at all nd it won't let me set up a direct debit through it either

Have you tried doing this online at https://my.idmobile.co.uk, @Tracey Kellett

It's the same for me, can't adjust anything through the new app. The app doesn't have that many features you would expect the ones it does have to work.

Hi @Avrom, @Hasla, @Tracey Kellett & @john1971

The iD Mobile app is facing some issues with certain features at this time, apologies for any inconvenience caused, the team are working on a fix.

As mentioned above by @andewhite, you should still be able to access the website without issues.

The new website has changed where to do this.

Now you have to go to Bills

then scroll to the bottom

click on “Manage Bill Cap” and use the slider to change the cap.
