When I first got the contact in November my bill was 14.99 PM it then increased to 16.18 PM in April it’s now gone up AGAIN to £18.15 it’s for my son who’s 11 I don’t want to be paying this much a month 😩 can I cancel early

If you cancel an iD contract within its minimum term, you’ll need to pay the early termination fee @Lucy Widger.

The prices of a contract will increase only due to agreed RPI/CPI rates, these changes happen in April, I’d recommend taking a look at the following pages about RPI and CPI rates.
