Bill has gone up

I have been a customer since November 2022, and my bill has gone up by roughly £5 over the past couple of months, consistently. I can’t find any warning or reason for this increase in price, and it isn’t for any out of plan spending. Please advise.

Read the contract? If you have a handset plan then you are subject to annual price increases.

How much exactly were you on previously and how much is your plan now?

 

As @WelshPaul suggests your plan is subject to RPI or CPI rates, RPI will have taken your plan up by 13.4% and CPI up by 14% in April, a text will have been sent out to communicate this as well as it being included in your signed contract.
