An annual RPI/CPI + 3.9% uplift is agreed at the time of purchase, as stated within the terms & conditions of any iD Mobile contract.

Your terms & conditions are online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions.

Anyway, good luck.

Hi @DmitrijD

As mentioned above by @andewhite RPI/CPI rates are agreed to at the beginning of any iD Mobile contract, we’d recommend the following links for more information.

Tom

Thank you for your great recommendation, really helpful like always - just throwing your links…

It states as below:

Your monthly line rental cost will be adjusted each April by the RPI rate published in February. Price adjustments do not affect add-ons or additional charges.

For 2023, the RPI rate is +13.4%.

Question is why my whole bill getting increased by 13.4% not just a line rental.

iD don’t sell handset contracts with a line rental cost component.

When you enter into a handset contract with iD Mobile, the agreement is for the device along with allowances for calls, texts and mobile data - without a breakdown of costs for the device, calls, texts, and mobile data.

It seems most UK mobile networks structure their contracts for handsets with allowances, in this way.
