My bill is £41.99 but for some reason £71 is coming out of my bank tomorrow and I don’t know why?

Have you checked the bill emailed to you or the bills in the iD Mobile app/website? This may label the extra charge.

 

Have you changed billing date recently? This may have created a longer billing period, therefore a more expensive one, this will return to normal next month.
