can you tell me why my bill has gone from £29.99 per month to £31.96 and now increasing to £32.35 from April? I only took the contract out at the end of January and this seems absolutely absurd! I wish i had never joined ID mobile now. I am terribly disappointed and shall not be recommending you to family or friends. Appalling service

Have you checked your monthly bill emailed to you for details on this?
The higher bill of £31.96 sounds like you may have had some out of allowance usage.
The increase to £32.35 is a 7.9% increase, meaning it’s related to the incoming CPI rate increases, applicable to all iD Mobile phone contracts and is agreed by everyone at the point of signing their contract.
