I've tried to contact someone regarding an issue on my account and not had any luck.
1. My direct debit date is set at the 26th of every month but never goes out, I have to check the app manually till it says 'Payment is required' and then pay by card.
2. I've paid twice in March and once in April and it's not showing up on my account. Why did it ask me to pay in March and I paid and then 3 days later take the DD payment. How do I claim a refund on this.
