So it's seems I've been cut off, hut I've paid my bill ? How are you suppose to sort this issue If u can't speak to anyone ?

You should be reconnected within an hour of making any outstanding payment. 🤞

Hello @Lizzie Tuff,

As per post from @WelshPaul, if you’ve just paid your bill, it can take an hour or so before your network account settings are updated. 

If this is not the case, then try using the iD Live Chat service, or send a private message (PM) to iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.

The best time to contact iD Mobile is usually between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.

Otherwise, hang on here for a reply from iD, although messaging in this forum isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before anyone from iD sees your post.
