My monthly bill is £55.99 and I’ve just looked and they are taking £98 out of my bank from billing dates 26 Aug 2023 to 17 Oct 2023 ?? Last payment I had that they took out was in July

Why are they not billing me monthly ?? How do I get hold of ID mobile is there an email ?? Starting to regret moving from 02 to ID mobile as you just cannot get hold of anyone

The billing period would typically be 30 days, a 30 day period would be your normal billing amount.

 

The billing period between 26/08 to 17/10 is 52 days, hence the bigger bill.

 

This is typically a result of a change in direct debit date.
