I have paid my phone bill in advance however they are still taking direct debit payments. How do I stop this

If you pay in advance within 5 days of the payment being owed and direct debits are active it’s possible that the direct debit would go ahead anyway and charge there, don’t worry the money paid will stay on the iD Mobile account and take care of future bills.

 

If you wish to pay manually, we’d recommend cancelling direct debits, however in any case we’d recommend direct debits and letting that all take care of it for you.
