billing date

I've logged into the app to change my direct debit date and noticed I had changed it from the 22nd of the month to the 29th, I had changed this ages ago on two accounts I have on both pixels phones I took out on contract but every month the direct debit has been taken on the 22nd, how do I get this resolved. Thanks

Hi @Gary Brown 

 

If the bill was already posted (sent to your email, 2 weeks before payment) that bill would continue as normal, ignoring the change of direct debit date.

 

The next bill would be the first one affected by the direct debit date change.

Hi I requested the date change several months ago to the end forgotten about it, yet it's still coming out on the old date every month🤔

Have you tried using the iD Mobile app to change the date again?

 

It’s possible the previous request didn’t go through.
