I’ve taken a contract out on the 23rd of June. I’ve set my DD date for the 23rd of each month once the app was setup. Ive received a letter and checked the app that my first bill coming out on the 8th of July when the period ends the 22nd. Surely it should be the 23rd of July?

Thanks for getting in touch.
When you take out a contract the billing starts right away and the bill is usually due within 14 days from the invoice start date.
First bills can sometimes be a little higher due to pro rata charges.
