I retired recently and commenced a sim only contract on what used to be my work phone. I supplied a PAC code and the number was ported without issue however, my number is now coming up as a business number on caller ID. How can I get this changed to come up correctly as a private, non-business number?

I believe this is a device setting, I’d recommend resetting your device’s network settings and only inserting the iD Mobile SIM card to see if this helps.
