Buying additional SIM using 'upgrade deal'

hi

I have a SIM-only contract for my child. Now I want to get an additional SIM for myself.

The website says to login for deals, which come up as ‘upgrades’, including £5/month 2Gb data, which is what I want.

It seems unclear on your website whether existing customers can get any deals on additional SIMs.

Please advise

Hi @cuyocksol,

 

You can purchase a second SIM, but there are no “deals” for existing customers on them. They’re all great value as is really though, so you shouldn’t have any issue finding a SIM only deal to suit your needs.

 

Also, a second SIM wouldn’t link to the existing account, a new one would be set up for the new SIM card.

That's very tight. If existing customers aren't valued i may as well shop around, right..?

As mentioned by @Will , all our deals are really competitively priced as they are, as we like to offer great value to all our customers; current and new.
