I'm trying to buy a new sim card but it told me to contact the team to process my details as an error occured, I'm trying to buy the £16 monthly unlimited data texts and calls sim

Please ensure that the address that the card is registered to is the same as the one on the iD Mobile account.

It may also be worth trying on a different device such as a laptop.
