Call costs when roaming

I have had a look and I can't find what I'm looking for.

My question is, I know when roaming in France I can call Spain for example. But what kind of numbers are included when calling Spain? Only personal landlines and mobiles? What about non-geographic numbers, e.g. 900 numbers in Spain.

Welcome to the Community!

You can call and text other numbers in the same country, however this would only be landlines and mobile numbers.

Any other numbers would be chargeable.
