Any advice on call forwarding when mobile is busy would be appreciated. We have done the *67* etc but it still does not work. Does ID Mobile use a specific code?

Probably best to look in the Settings > Phone area on your handset.
You should find lots of call forwarding options there.
The short code settings don’t always work with smartphones.
Anyway, good luck.

Thank you we have done this but Iphone only gives the option to forward all calls not when busy.

Apple have the following online support page for this:

But, it’s not clear if it happens when the line is busy or for all calls; although it does say contact your carrier for information about conditional call forwarding.
I don’t know if iD Mobile support conditional call forwarding for iPhones. You might need to chat over the iD Live Chat.
