When I make or receive calls, people can't hear me but working with no issues when using a third party app like WhatsApp etc. Any idea what this could be, it's not an issue with a specific location and I have tried changing the call settings with mobile network

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

 

If the microphone works on other apps and not the normal calling over network that’d indicate either a network, settings or SIM card issue, let us know how you get on with the above.

 

It may also be worth trying a replacement SIM card, you’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM at any Currys store and activate it at the following link;
